We hired I & A Home Improvement to patch and paint a room in our home. They had to do some large patches and then paint the room and it came out perfect. We are thrilled with the work they did for us. We plan to use them again to do some more work. Isai and his crew are a pleasure to work with.  We would highly recommend them. We have hired Isai and his talented crew for at least four projects so far. He just finished an exterior wood replacement project. Fixed water-damaged wood on chimney, soffit-fascia, steps. Also replaced seating in our pergola. What can I say? Isai did amazing work, reasonable prices, always on time. Very friendly. Always conscientious. Honest and forthright. Always informs us if he uncovers any additional items to be addressed, discusses pros and cons of each decision point, only does tasks that we have pre-approved. We contracted with I & A Home Improvement to paint the interior of our home.  We are extremely satisfied with Isai and his crew and would highly recommend this company.  Isai was very responsive and helpful when providing color suggestions.  They did a fantastic job with the painting and the house looks great! We changed the interior color of the home and we  had all the trim work repainted which was not easy.  They took their time and did not rush to get the job done. He was willing to work us into the schedule so we could go ahead and get our house on the market. Very prompt and professional service!  I would highly recommend this company! I have been using I&A home improvement ever since we moved in our home, which constantly needs works and repairs. This is the 3rd time I hired Isai, he repaired  my old siding, and did a great job matching the paint, he also fixed the fascia boards in front of the house that have been rotted out. He also redid the chimney flashing, which looks great. I am always impressed by the work of I&A Home Improvement. I will continue to use them, Isai is definitely the right person for the job. It's hard to find a good general service 'fix it all' contractor who is actually good at everything they say they can do.  I searched high and low for some talent to take care of a whole bunch of projects involving roofing, siding, gutters, painting, chimney repair, vent fan installation... And after much deliberation, Isai was the man for the job. And man did I make the right choice!

Isai, and his crew, can do it all!  A litany of skills and trades are at their disposal. This knowledge proved invaluable when they found more rot in my chimney that required structural repairs, his suggestions of adding ice barriers and gutter kickouts easily saved me thousands from having to re-do the work at a future date - which is probably why he's so confident in his work he can offer a 10 year warranty. Oh, and he cleaned up so well after he left it was like he wasn't there at all (he even used a big magnet on the lawn to check for leftover nails!!)

And you may think that I'd pay a fortune for this top notch service, or I would have had to wait a month for him to be available, but you'd be wrong!  He came in significantly lower cost than the competition, he did it all on time, and he communicated throughout the entirety of the project spectacularly.

Isai was awesome!  His attention to detail and his patience to do the job right was just what we needed.  He refinished And painted our cabinets, painted our living room (with cathedral ceilings), and painted our front door and shutters.  It was a job well done and totally affordable.  Would highly recommend!
